SAN LUIS OBISPO, California — Restorative Partners has added a new social enterprise called The Bridge Cafe. Theresa Harpin, CSJ founded Restorative Partners and serves today at its Executive Director. The organization is located in San Luis Obispo, California, and focuses on restorative justice for those in and out of the incarceration system. The mission of the new café is to provide delicious farm-to-table meals and a Culinary Training Certificate and employment placement program for justice-involved trainees.
Jaycee Holland (above), an Assistant Manager for the Café said, “Restorative Partners allowed me the opportunity to take a step into my passion, which is self-expression through the culinary arts. I will be forever grateful for Sister Theresa and Restorative Partners for giving me a platform to pursue a brighter future for both my son and myself.”
