Communicators from congregations across the US and Canada met in Albuquerque, New Mexico this week for the annual Communicators for Women Religious Conference. Most of the representatives for the Sisters of St. Joseph had dinner together tonight at La Placita in Old Town Albuquerque. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with each other and share what’s going on in our various corners of the country. Attending from the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet were Kim Westerman (Congregation), Jenny Beatrice and Sarah Baker (St. Louis), Ann Thompson and Michaela Charleston (St. Paul) and Meyling Eliash-Daneshfar and Suzanne Jabro, CSJ (Los Angeles).
We were also excited to be joined by Lynn Levo, CSJ from our Albany province, who was one of the conference’s featured speakers. She presented on “Life in a New Digital Ecosystem” and “Self-Care in a Digital Reality.”
